How Kalyan Bazar Works

Every number on this site follows the same short journey: a market declares a figure at its scheduled time, that figure is recorded, and the result panels and charts that depend on it update. This page explains that cycle end to end — what happens when, what updates automatically, why a result is sometimes late, and what the gaps in a chart mean.

The daily cycle of a market

A matka market does not run continuously. It has two fixed moments each day, and everything published here hangs off those two moments.

Open time The market declares its opening figure — a three-digit open panna. The digits of that panna are added together and the last digit of the sum becomes the open ank, the first half of the day’s jodi.
Close time A few hours later the market declares its closing figure — the close panna, reduced the same way to the close ank.
The jodi is complete Open ank followed by close ank gives the two-digit jodi for the day. Until the close is declared, only half the jodi exists, which is why a result card often shows a figure with a placeholder on one side.

Every market keeps its own schedule and its own running days — some run Monday to Friday, some Monday to Saturday, some all seven days. The full timetable is on the market timings page, and the arithmetic behind panna and jodi is worked through with examples in the matka guide.

How a declared number reaches this page

The market announces The figure is announced publicly at the market’s scheduled time. This is the only source of a result — nothing here is generated, estimated or filled in.
It is recorded against the market and the date The number is stored against that specific market and that specific day, so it lands in the right cell of every chart that day belongs to.
The result panels pick it up The next time the home page is loaded, its result cards carry the new figure.
The charts rebuild The market’s jodi chart and panel chart, the weekly chart and the final ank page all read from the same record, so they carry the new number too.

One record, many views. A jodi chart, a panel chart and the weekly chart are not three separate archives — they are three ways of laying out the same stored results. A correction made once shows up in all of them.

What updates on its own, and what does not

Reference tables	Fixed. Panna families, jodi families and total charts are arithmetic, not results, so they never change.

Nothing on the site polls in the background, so a page left open goes stale — reload it to see the current picture. Pages are also served fast from a cache, so a result you have just seen elsewhere can take a few seconds to appear here. The Refresh button in the header reloads whatever page you are on in one tap.

Why a result is sometimes late or missing

The market has not declared yet. The scheduled time is when a market expects to declare, not a promise. Announcements slip.
The market does not run that day. A Monday-to-Friday market has nothing to declare on a Sunday, so that cell stays empty for good.
The figure was never announced. It happens. Where a number does not exist, the cell shows ** and is left that way rather than filled in.
Your browser is showing a cached copy. Rare, but a hard reload settles it.

Found a wrong entry?

These are unregulated markets. There is no official published record to check an archive against, so no archive — this one included — can be called guaranteed complete. If an entry looks wrong to you, send the market name and the exact date through the contact page and it will be checked against the source. Those two details are what make a correction quick to verify.

What this site does not do

Kalyan Bazar publishes and archives declared numbers. It has no payment system: it does not take bets, hold a wallet, accept deposits, pay winnings, or operate through agents. It sells no numbers and makes no prediction — a chart records what has already been declared, and a random draw has no memory of it. Anyone claiming to take money on behalf of this site is not connected to it. Matka betting is prohibited in India under the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and this site is intended for readers aged 18 or over — see about us for the legal position and where to get help.

Common questions

How long after a market closes does the result appear here?

A number is added as soon as it has been declared and picked up. In practice that is usually within a couple of minutes of the announcement. There is no fixed guarantee — a slow announcement at the source is a slow entry here.

Do I need to refresh the page to see a new result?

Yes. Reload the page to pull in the latest numbers — the Refresh button in the header at the top of every page does exactly that in one tap.

Why does a chart cell show ** instead of a number?

Because no result exists for that slot. Either the market was closed that day, or the figure was never announced. Empty slots are left empty rather than filled with a guess.

Do I need an account to see results or charts?

No. Every result page, jodi chart, panel chart and reference table on this site is free to open and requires no login, no registration and no payment.
